Holden Homes is a family-run business who have been building more beautiful homes for buyers across the North West of England for over 20 years.

 

Our locations are specially selected to capture the essence of everything great about living in a rural location with that special touch that makes a house a home.

 

All developments by Holden Homes are bespoke and unique to our Company, we design and produce homes that are truly beautiful inside and out.

When looking for our first home together we stumbled across a Holden Homes site. We made enquiries and then a few days later we were on site looking around the plans of the house.

We left and knew right away that we wanted the house, so we started the process.

Any enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the sales staff went above and beyond to ensure a personal high-quality service.

I was encouraged to be involved in all aspects of the build process and regularly met with the builder on site to discuss progress.

Deadlines were tight for completion, and yet again the team did not let me down, ensuring that I moved into my property on the agreed date.

The after sales service has been second to none also. Snagging was completed in the appropriate time frame and again nothing was too much trouble for this team.
